Ordering

• Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation after payment.
• We deliver to UK addresses only.
• If we can't fulfil your order (for example, a blank garment is no longer available), we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Personalised and custom products

• Personalised items are printed exactly as you enter the text — please check spelling and sizes carefully.
• Custom designs are covered by our Custom Design Terms.
• Made-to-order and personalised items can't be returned for change of mind — see Returns. Your statutory rights for faulty items are not affected.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Colours and printing

Screens display colours differently, and DTF prints on fabric can vary slightly in shade and placement from on-screen previews. Small variations are not a fault.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
