Your rights

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page. If an item is faulty, misprinted or not as described, we'll put it right — with a reprint, replacement or refund.

Personalised and custom-made items

Most of our products are made to order — personalised with your name or text, or printed with a design created for you. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned simply because you've changed your mind.

That's why, for custom designs, we always ask you to approve the design before we print. Please check names, spelling and sizes carefully before ordering — see our size guides on each product page.

Non-personalised items

If you bought an item that is not personalised or custom-made, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it. Return it unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the item price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund, including postage.
